Thanks. It's not official yet because the paperwork hasn't been signed off on but it looks like I'll be working there as a network/desk side support tech. I'm suppose to start a week from now. Short timing to find a place and get all my affairs in order.

The commute from Modesto sucked royally when I went for the interview. Stop and go all through Pleasanton and Dublin. I'll go insane in I have to drive 4 hours round trip every day.

I tried to join the BAF list last night and was denied. Message told me that it's not accepting new members at the moment. I'll try again today.

Yeah, that commute sounds like intensive suck.  Yay for the Bay Area being too dense and expensive for people to live there, and the resulting bedroom communities from whence commuters come.

Strange about the BAF list, it's probably just a technical glitch.  I can't imagine they're actually blocking people.
